This is obviously only a piece of the puzzle.

I'm not an expert, but doing research and getting the advice of people who have been doing this for a long time in the local market are two important pieces (yet nothing is fail safe) of the puzzle.

I’m having a hard time putting the last pieces in the puzzle.

Less money spent on supplies, less wear and tear on your place, less money spent on utilities, fewer guest headaches, etc.Bottom line: there’s a LOT of puzzle pieces you have to get right to make this work really well, but once you master it, it can be very rewardingI preferred to invest in the year-round high revenue parts of the US where you can earn a lot of money year-round.

Having the understanding of your market is the most important piece of the puzzle, to know if a particular property is a deal or not!  

Hi @Kyle Curtin, I'm also an owner of a syndication company and capital raising is the hardest piece of the puzzle.

there are some critical missing pieces to this puzzle. modifications have been done in similar situations and they depend on many factors.first , the reason for the homeowners falling behind and can the homeowner now afford to paylIf the lender can mitigate their loss they may be willing to lower the interest rate, extend the lenght of the mortgage to 40 years .

my primary plan for this year is still to add 50+ rental units to my portfolio with 95%-passive equity partners, creating wealth-building opportunities for those who don't have the time/knowledge/confidence to do it alone, BUT... wholesaling fits into the plan like a perfect puzzle piece, to add cashflow while my value-add multifamily deals are ramping up (1-3y timeline). here's where i say thank you to my friends and family who hand-wrote envelopes for hours on end: THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU loveyounext up: another round of mailers!
