Rent in B area, which I say is B, because it's closer to popular malls, restaurants, movie theaters, is about $25-$50 more than the area our property is in.

I just heard on a podcast that there is a movie coming out in a few months about the FIRE movement - which sounds awesome. 

Sounds like you watch a lot of movies.. if there is a body in a carpet I get a free eviction of a horrible tenant.

A wealth of family attractions are also nearby, including amusement parks, water parks, go-karting, and a movie theater.
