Lost/Aspiring 25 year old

Hey Everyone!

I found out about bigger pockets through a wholesaler who called me on accident and we got into talking business. I’m 25 years old, graduated hs in 2016 and did 1 year of college after that. I left college because it felt like I was wasting money. I was at a liberal arts school to become a business major. In 2017 I took the NH real estate classes, but never felt confident enough to take the test. I started to pick up stocks during that time and was able to see 6 figures in my trading account, I was messing with risky OTC stocks and lost just about all of it. That was right around 20/21 and I haven’t traded stocks since then. I’ve been working from home for the phone company for the last 4 years. I picked up working on cars and some other toys. I’ve been pretty beat up from my lose in the stock market, but have been working my way out of it. I’ve been feeling lost and unsure of my next decision. I’ve applied to the national guard and taken the asvab test, but haven’t committed. I’ve applied to Manchester community college for some summer classes. Trying to take that step and have some sort of foundation for myself to scale throughout a lifetime. My goal was to always be involved with real estate. My Dad had his own construction company growing up and I always thought I was going to be a real estate agent. My end goal would be a real estate investor.

Thank you,

Stephen
