So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

I made roughly 17 phone calls to different #'s.

I have personal guarantee, Mortgage note, promissory note.Now borrower(investor) neither paying monthly interest, nor responding to any phone call etc.What should be my immediate action. or series of steps.Definitely I will reach out to attorney. but in the mean time, I though asking here, if anyone has any advice.Thanks

People who are in your phone/FB/IG/Linkedin.#2....Networking.This will be your most valuable leads vs almost every other lead source by a mile for most people.Almost everything else is passive and a crap shoot, no matter what others say.

In my opinion you can't fail unless you don't screen tenants correctly, buy in a bad neighborhood, or get over your head with a rehab.
