Apparently I can file the court papers online now but I have to select a commercial efile service.

Does this mean then I should be able to open up a medical clinic in my van down by the river - who needs a license - it’s unconstitutional…..The Matt foley clinic will be opening soon at the banks of the eastern shore.

Back then I used an online service to filter my target areas.

Personally if I don't have rental history within 3 years for a potential tenant and they say they own a property - I verify the address and name on title with the county that the property is located in (most states this info is online through the county assessor's website) 

I have searched online and found no company or market for this type of transaction.

Got it online from Home Depot for $3k but I’ve seen it as high as $5k.
