I know others that do but mayby they don't have a true vacation rental.I only keep my Airbnb site active because it doesn't cost anything to have and I pickup 3 or 4 listings a year with it.For me it seems Airbnb is for millennials that are looking for a discounted place to stay.Homeaway/VRBO brings in the families that can afford to pay for a nice place to stay on vacation.Homeaway has introduced a bunch of free analytical tools to see how you are doing compared to your competition.

If you do that, you can get great cash flow and steady appreciation.I don't have the statistics on population in front of me but I can tell you that the main difference in Buffalo is all of the millennials want to live downtown.

All info I'm sure the local Police would be willing to share with you.That being said, it's something like ⅓ Americans now have at least 1 tattoo, and something around 2/5 millennials have one, don't quote me on that one, but I believe I'm fairly accurate in my recollection.Echoing what others previously said, still more important factors that will be a deal breaker other than tattoos.

Think of the scenario: you find a perfect starter home for millennials, good schools, safe neighborhoods, good place to raise a family.You buy the house and updated it but not to a high standard, to a medium standard.Tenants pay market rent and they pay right of first right of refusal fee (ROFR).
