I’ve looked for 2-4 units but it appears zoning on the island is an issue for small multi’s) Though I’m not entirely opposed to beginning investing out of stateI do have some things going for me though:- $60,000 saved- A $20,000 settlement coming in Nov ‘23- The ability to save about $15,000-$20,000 per year according to a rough personal income statement- A lot of time to travel to other states in the winter, as my business is seasonalSo what do you guys think?

With standard economic theories being challenged and innovative communities like the self sustaining Crosstown Concourse being developed, I can't help but wonder how we can make affordable living even more practical and effective.

I ask because I keep a comparison chart of real estate crowdfunding investments, and I’m constantly on the lookout for new and innovative platforms that I haven’t investigated yet.

Wichita State has been building there innovation campus which is bringing WSU into a better position to attract more students, I am excited to see the business school move there.

I like to allocate 20-25% investment in this area, but not to ever exceed 30%.So in my humble opinion, I would say that the fastest and most feasible way to scale at 20% net worth at the 7 figure level is to concentrate your investments in your own business and innovative entrepreneurial ventures over investments in real estate and stocks.
