Used cabinets can be tricky to sell because they're usually designed for a specific layout, so unless you find someone with the exact same floorplan you'll probably have to mark them down quite a bit.The other option would be to donate them to a nonprofit like the Habitat Restore.

I just can't think of a scenario where not bring the rents right up to market or working with residents once they start to push back costs more than the money spent on lawyers, donations to the IMHA, costs spend dealing with the newly formed resident organization not just at Table Mound, but at the other parks.
