I have a great career in IT right now, but I'd like to start a new career in real estate investment to secure a better, earlier retirement.I've always been a little stubborn about going it alone on most of my personal projects, but I've recently come to learn how valuable it is in real estate investing to collaborate with a community of specialists, experts and mentors.I'm going to stick around here and soak up information, and attend some local REIA meetings as well.

My objectif is to expand this number and find more fix and flip deals as well.I am very excited to join this site after listening to a lot of podcasts for the past six months, and I'm hoping to connect and network with other investors such as myself, wholesalers, brokers, and really all real estate professionals, to create more investing opportunities, collaborations, and hopefully generate more wealth together.I'm looking forward to interact with the community.

I read more about soft skills than I do about "hard skills" such as contract writing real estate law appraisal theory mortgage financing property law construction building codes design marketing Soft skills are defined as:  Interpersonal and relationship building skills that help people to communicate and collaborate effectively.

You'd need to have at least one to two responsible, dedicated, level-headed, collaborative, unpaid, retired persons on the board to supervise operations for a self-managed HOA to be successful.
