It would allow us to organize key information into something that is easily digestible for the beginner, and would point to more detailed articles and discussions to delve into greater detail on the countless topics out there.How it Will Work:I have already outlined the various chapters and will create various Google Docs where we can collaborate on these chapters.We will create assignments for those people who are interested in helping and hopefully we can get this thing together quickly.What We're Offering:Other than being a part of a pretty awesome project to help educate the investors of the world, we will give credit to those people who get involved via a link on the 'document' to your profile and website.

So far this has been the best source of information, and most user friendly, that I've found on the web or in a book.My goals to date:-Utilize the "buy and hold" strategy to purchase single/multi family homes-Retire comfortably (preferably before I'm too old and senile)-Learn as much as possible and contribute to the BP community-Network and collaborate with other BP members (maybe even become a mentor myself)-Most importantly, be successful and make money in REII look forward to making some BP connections and learning from everyone, thanks.

I have a great career in IT right now, but I'd like to start a new career in real estate investment to secure a better, earlier retirement.I've always been a little stubborn about going it alone on most of my personal projects, but I've recently come to learn how valuable it is in real estate investing to collaborate with a community of specialists, experts and mentors.I'm going to stick around here and soak up information, and attend some local REIA meetings as well.

You'd need to have at least one to two responsible, dedicated, level-headed, collaborative, unpaid, retired persons on the board to supervise operations for a self-managed HOA to be successful.
