Was just expecting the typical 'here's my big payday' boast.

Remember, Your primary target market in that area are vacation home buyers and first time homebuyers....and in that area some prison but lots of casino employees. 

Maybe one of the towns the are opening casinos in also like liberty.  

I boast of this to prospects---and also point out their listings are featured on the top five RE websites.

Anyone willing to give me a boast on getting started would be appreciated. 

On the other hand, even a long shot is better odds than a casino :)

The properties he described and suggested would have made poor investments.I had an agent last year who showed me a triplex and boasted about about the fact that the tenant in one of three units was also the handyman for the property.

People are going crazy in and around Bridgeport right now because there is a lot of development and still talk or even action at this point regarding a new casino from what I hear.Also doesn't hurt that it's so close to Stamford and New York of course.You can make money investing just about anywhere... but I prefer to pay attention where everyone is going, and go in the opposite direction.

Maybe during the summer months because I'm not far from a racetrack and a casino.
