Wanting to learn in Kansas City

Hey guys, this is my second post on here still trying to get familiar with the structure. So I'm 19 living in Kansas City, I currently run my own car detailing business. I'm looking to get into investing to one day have enough "passive" income and capital to choose if and when I want to work. So where I see myself starting is with wholesaling, and then transitioning into rental properties. What I'm looking for is to learn all I can! Whether that is just networking with other people, working for or with someone hands on, or whatever I can get and help with. If you have any suggestions on places or people to go to or even an opportunity where we can help each other out in one way, just Iet me know! Thanks again guys and please let me know if this isn't the correct section for this.
