Hire a CPA from the get-go and get a bookkeeper as soon as your finances permit.For bookkeeping, I haven't used it yet but my CPA recommended an automated service called uplinq

Maybe do an automated message and include it in your house rules.

I suppose you can use something like Mint to automate input to some degree.

Not only that but you can automatically screen tenants with an application and credit and background checks, collect rent through the app that will automatically be deposited into your account, automate late fees, itll send emails to your tenants when their lease needs to be renewed or when there rent is due soon/late, it'll automatically generate profit and loss statements and tax documents and more!

I just do open house showings instead of individual showings so it is less time for me than pre-screening unless I were to automate the pre-screening process.

Mortgage payments are sent automatically, along with any other payment that can be automated.

I have done them a couple different ways in the past, but I am currently using Open Letter Marketing for the first time and trying out the automated version on a campaign dropping on 1/2 🙂!
