I've seen standard verbage, your expenses are denied.....auditing shorthand.BTW, at our local IRS office, the "field agents" are not necessairly degreed accountants, ( I know three who are not) the supervisor is, but they do have years of experience going through taxes.

Laundry, Covered Parking, power contracts, TV & Internet Contracts...don't scrimp on salaries, good property managers, leasing agents and maintenance supervisors are worth paying well.

While it is still not helpful to escalate to a supervisor level and too soon to contact a CEO or AVP I am looking for any contacts of Short Department Management.

Also before starting my own business 10 years ago I was maintance supervisor at several large apartment communities.

"The only reason you do that is for profit" - a local HUD supervisors... well duh.And the numbers obviously didn't get their fair share of the story here.  

As I said I wore 3 hats and workplace gossip was killing me there as a source of business after they bailed out, and when they bailed I gave them their money back plus interest, and I gave it with a smile and no hard feelings.  

I'M VERY CAREFUL on what i do and work to the detail for example if i do a drywall repair you wont be able to tell there was a hole, i have been through the hard time of finding good contractors myself been a maintenance supervisor for a management company but as i'm approaching the real estate i'm planing to do as much as i can on my own to save me some money at the begging.
