I've seen standard verbage, your expenses are denied.....auditing shorthand.BTW, at our local IRS office, the "field agents" are not necessairly degreed accountants, ( I know three who are not) the supervisor is, but they do have years of experience going through taxes.

I'M VERY CAREFUL on what i do and work to the detail for example if i do a drywall repair you wont be able to tell there was a hole, i have been through the hard time of finding good contractors myself been a maintenance supervisor for a management company but as i'm approaching the real estate i'm planing to do as much as i can on my own to save me some money at the begging.
