I also work with another national real estate company and welcome the opportunity to work in other US markets. 

I invest around the Portland area and also nationally.

Land in Apex north and west is selling like hot cakes to International investors and national builders.

When I think of reputable / national real estate companies most of them do better by diversifying geographically and taking the leap.

So homes in Florida I have increased in value over twice as much is the national average. 

But now I need a national bank. 

Prices are starting to go up a bit here in Windsor, but prices are still well below the national average, and still make for great cash flow for a buy and hold.
