Some would think that if your house is in preforeclosure and your looking to get out of that situation, having a mystical voicemail left in your inbox stating that they can help would definitely be a resource worth investigating versus getting upset at.   

But it seems the two tenants are upset about something outside of your or anyone's control except themselves.

Maybe you should have stopped early in the podcast where they specifically stated some of his comments would upset some people.

If you accept it, you are accepting them as a legal resident and may upset the process.
