Hello, I've been watching the multi tenant industrial market for a few years now, picked up a few. 

You're not picking stocks...this is far more hands on and nuanced than looking up stats on the internet.

but again, recent changes in the market have made cash flow much tougher just about everywhere.i don't invest in Florida myself but I'd pick a couple markets, go to each one in person, and look at as many places as you can. 

For the price of courses, I pick up ones that appeal to me because I think that if I can add one thing from them it pays for itself. 

It is easy to pick up a traveling nurse for 1-3 months, but not easy to keep that going for 12 months.

My attorney did also say that he has that form that he will give to me, I just need to go back and pick it up.

Also have known other landlords personally, and heard of many others, that  took more than a year to get out a tenant/squatter.so this could be an opportunity, if the price is right, to pick up a good property for future use.

And when deals are slim to pick up anyways, if I had the financial wherewithal to swing a $1mm flip, I would take that one over trying to find 10 flips at $100k each.
