It can be very uncomfortable to do a final move out inspection with a tenant present, they can become aggressive, irritated, etc. and like others have stated, you don't always catch items doing a rushed inspection.

There is nothing more irritating than than watching a video and the first 30 min is them inserting a sales pitch before they even get to the information.

However, depending on who you ask, of the 100,000s of types there are approximately 8 to 50 "toxic" molds that have been known to cause a variety of symptoms and, in some rare cases, even death.

Irritating is people posting responses to threads in which the last post was over a year old and the topic was a time sensitive subject.Bumping a thread to me means finding an older thread with great content and wanting to revive fresh insight - this is certainly NOT irritating!

If you really get irritated at people buying outside of CA, instead of knocking them, educate them.

It is not the worst thing I have done for them so I guess I can live with that, it is just irritating because of the way they are and I really believe it was broken/damaged from excessive force.
