In one of the books the author mentioned wholesaling, so I researched it, read books, took a couple of Ben Clardy's Udemy courses, and I think that could be something I could sink my teeth into!

This seems like an excellent market to get your feet wet and sink your teeth in.

Being required by law to fill out a seller's disclosure and then being held liable for the information contained therein would set a dishonest seller's teeth on edge.

Your friends will be scared to come over and you will find yourself living with someone who has no teeth.

Having said that, I am working with a multi-store chain right now that just overpaid for a parcel....is paying through the teeth for construction.  

Thanks for responding @Shannon Covington Ryan GoldfarbI feel like I'm having to pull teeth in terms of him giving me the very specific location of the property and I can't understand why that is if he's really looking to sell.  

The dog is friendly when they are around but when we entered the house without them in the past he snarled and showed teeth.

I will definitely seek a real estate agent, but in the past getting them to run comps around here has been like pulling teeth.

However, if you are new at this these are allows good to cut your teeth on.  

I'd like to cut my teeth with a mentor, like almost anyone would.
