I rarely drill down on the listing, itself, but I would be suspicious if a property manager discouraged me from doing so.

A patrol is going to drive through, look for suspicious activity and do their jobs to deter it, and handle issues in an area, just the same as if they were driving down your road randomly and you got pulled over speeding.

This is suspicious, to say the least.

Judges have become very suspicious of people tying up probate properties and trying to flip the contract.  

And with all of the title theft going on in arizona, anyone that looks a little suspiciously like they shouldn't be doing that "innocent document prep", is automatically being investigated. ?
