It's a five bedroom house and I am not sure if this property falls under Philadelphia's educational housing district which will make it unlawful to have more than 3 strangers living together.

It helps to be able to get real feed back from people instead of just trying to ask strangers bc I’m finding that some people do not want to help.

If you are on the same page with the partner then I would do it but I think there must be a reason you are trusting your question to complete strangers.

No one would do this unless it's your family.Let's say you're the investor, would you put down all the money for down payment or half of it and then have a random stranger "help" you by living in one of the units rent free?

It can't be a situation where you are soliciting funds from strangers.
