It seems strange but you can't sell what you don't own.

Sounds strange?

Would it look strange to add shutters to just those 2 windows?

Quite frankly I expect to hear crickets chirping.that's a little strange properties in CA are sold at year 5 of back tax's  although the tax collector can choose not to put a house on the tax sale maybe that's what happened..  

We changed the floor plan a little bit to make a master suite instead of a strange room that was there before.

I wouldn't think posting on FB and getting sued by HUD would be the culprit but... its a strange world we live in. 

Sure enough, a year after the bankruptcy, his landlord had to sell, and he's stuck looking for an apartment.Lucky for him, he found me, and I decided his story is too strange to be not true.As to the issue of looking for the previous landlord, New York State has a problem with Zombie homes. owners who abandoned their homes, owing mortgages, back taxes, many of them rentals in LLC's that they cannot find the owners.

The owner does not pay for trash pick up, no dumpster at the site, I looked for it,  all the tenants put out their own trash, which I thought strange as my understanding if you have 5 units or more you needed a dumpster?

Any other avenues you have used when you needed some kind of strange financing?
