If you are not going to feel strained due to that $69.41/mo loss over the next year, I think it is better to hold onto it...again, provided you expect decent appreciation.

Yes, infrastructure is strained slightly at the moment, but the influx of new $$ is causing new roads, hospitals, malls, condos, parks, etc... to be built.

It could just be that your panel is fried and you need to replace the panel / circuit breakers?

I had a hard time believing that insulation was the cure but I knew the AC was only 2 years old and they had really good double pane double hung window so I was open to the idea of putting in more insulation.

Maybe the next opportunity panes out as a STR, LTR, or other strategy.

However, the panel is a pushmatic type that the inspector states are known to have thermal breakers that stiffen up and will not trip as designed.

Anything weird do NOT photo like the dark window pane.
