I also went a little outside of my normal design box to make this house stand out and hopefully sell quickly.

When I give someone a rental application I staple a one page cover sheet to the front which has some information (positive attributes) about the property.

Fresno might stand out as an oddball from the others, but I like that I have the ability to drive there in a couple of hours and see things for myself.
