We had some pretty good discussions and guest speakers every event. 

I''m not sure they every really provide value other than being an expensive motivational speaker. 

You’re right, he is a total deal maker and an animated speaker.

They both usually meet in person but are currently meeting virtually.Atlanta Real Estate Investing Meetup has been around for years, has an active user base of people who actually invest and they host a monthly meeting where they have a speaker for you to listen to.REIGN Atlanta is a newer group that hosts a monthly conversation about investing in the Atlanta market.

Also, not sure if you are on Clubhouse, but there are some fantastic real estate talk rooms in there with incredible speakers and really great information. 

PS it's not just a website, we meet monthly, provide updates to laws and procedures, and have guest speakers relevant to landlords.
