But there are those few properties where there is Takoma Park and Silver Spring addresses but they are in PG county, which some people will get tripped up on I think.

I’m open to move away from the beach/oceanfront market but do not know much about other areas within Hampton Roads areas; as it’s a differing market.There’s a great deal of growth and things to come in Virginia Beach.

My partner and I decided to invest in the DE beaches area for STR vacation homes and condos, and spent 5 months and 26 visits to the area (a 3 hour one-way drive) before we started making offers through our local realtor that we were referred to. 

It is a beach RE in a party area.  

Her specialty is downtown, MT Pleasant, John/James Islands and the beach areas.
