-Keeping any common areas and the exterior of the building clean as well as cutting the lawn if there is one, here in WI of course, someone has to shovel the sidewalks and stuff whenever we get snow too.

. :)So while I'm shoveling the interior, I may be shoveling the exterior.

I know it can be hard to deal with it in places where you don't usually get such weather.For the multifamily we hire someone to plow and shovel (with insurance) and have sand/salt buckets at each walkway with a scoop.

I don't know where in Fl are you right now (watch out for Mathew today), but welcome to BP. 

If the lines are only 2-5 ft deep outside you could dig it with a shovel in a day.

A lot of the work they give you is basic grunt work (loading/unloading, moving stuff around, shoveling, etc).

HGTV never shows anyone shoveling their flip's sidewalk in negative temperatures so the neighbors don't complain to the city.

My ads always have the rent, utilities the tenants pay, amenities, appliances, schools, security deposit, length of lease, type of heat (gas, electric, oil) central air, fireplaces, garages, off street parking, who cuts the lawn and shovels snow (hint its not me), credit and criminal checks, and neighborhood highlights like busline, and police station in the next block..
