It took quite some time I remember mopping and hand scrubbing the floors with a heavy ammonia solution.

I'm not sure what it is/how it happened, but it's black streaks that no matter how hard I scrubbed I could not get out.

First quote was 6500 with us ripping up the underlayment just so the subfloor could be scrubbed and treated from the top and underneath in the crawl.  

my classic was the tenant complaining of mold around the windows.. go and check it out and they haveand they have ruined the blinds and put up foil and plastic and so you had all this moisture  and when the mold started they were scrubbing it and ended up ruining the sheet rock try to rub the mold out..  

I had the Sean terry RVM lead machine but once the list got scrubbed there was only a few numbers left to call so maybe you have a different RVM resource.

Beyond scrubbing the walls + painting, pulling carpet, sanding and applying a few coats onto the hardwoods, do you all have any other tips/tricks or favourite things to do when re-habbing a unit - especially since she certainly smoked inside?

One of the residential units needs paint retouching and the commercial unit needs to be repainted and a good scrub down to remove any lingering doggie odors from the former business that was there.

We are scrubbing the same list and sending out postcards this time.
