Very common misconception with investors helped a longed by some LO's who SHOULD know better but assuming you are personally guarantying a loan (which you also will be) you are still responsible for the debt.  

- What trends in the market are you predicting and how you are prepared to handle it.Maybe even offer a chance to join your lead generation for new clients that don't have an agent yet. " If you help me by referring me to your clients that need a LO, I will refer you to clients that come to me that don't have an agent yet!"
