Both political parties have smart and dumb people who support them and the dumb ones are the loudmouths, proclaiming the purity of their beliefs and labeling their opponents instead of responding with reason.

Hey Mat,If they are political discussions, they probably got moved to the Politics group or shut down, either because the thread deteriorated into name calling or someone posted something against forum rules (like religious stuff).Any non-political stuff that goes away or gets moved is generally because the post belonged in a different forum or the mods determined that the post was spam or violated forum rules.

Darryl,You are correct in your belief that people with good credit scores will pay to protect their scores - and they usually don't need to be threatened with credit score damage for them to pay.

I belief is that when you get away from the formula is when you run into trouble.

In addition, RE agents often have the worst combination of knowledge and belief - they believe they are experts when they are not, which is worse than knowing that you don't know.
