I know that after a year or so of guests it seems like you may have fixed all the things in the house that need fixed, but soon enough I think it makes sense to go back through the house and re-fresh the design and items inside.

Im having a tough time finding a Realtor to work with in the busy Jacksonville Fla area Theyre not returning phone calls, not wanting to come across town to show me a listing of theirs (I was told to call a agent in the area, but they couldnt recommend one), saying its UC when its showing up as available and "refreshed within 15 minutes" on Realtor.com (which I know isnt THE most accurate, but better than Z or T I think), producing piss poor listings with virtually no info or pics of the house but a bunch of blah, blah blah disclaimers that have nothing to do with the actual home.

It was built in 1931, I was just wondering how solid houses back in the 30's were built, it has been refreshed last month ready to be sold on the open market; but I thought it may make a good rental.SFR, 4 Br, 2 Bath, 2,000 sqft, 6,500sqft lot.$70,000I am pretty sure it will rent for at least $1200, I know this doesn't quite satisfy the 2%, however if I can squeeze $1400 that'd be gravy.
