This entire discussion is really walking the line of self promotion, which is not allowed on BP.

There are time costs, systems, and marketing costs required for leasing the property AND, if promoted on the MLS, they also offer a shared commission to any licensed Realtor who represents the tenant, so the fee is split between the landlord and tenant brokers.

The fist thing I will mention is that you can only advertise or promote your services in Marketplace on BiggerPockets.

However, we do not allow self-promotion, and posts looking for real estate agents tend to generate a lot of self-promotion from the agents on the site.We've locked this thread so it doesn't get filled with these posts.

I'm looking into a property right on the Oconto River, 30 minutes north of Green Bay (I'd assume Packers games would bring in some STR activity as well).There are a handful of STR's in this small town, and the state regulations seem to favor STR's to promote tourism and travel.

(Coming from the seller's agent they will promote the seller's position=Duh!)

I don’t want to break the rules by making this sound promotional or like an advertisement, but it would be great to get the opportunity to chat or meet with investors and discuss the kinds of services I can offer and any other possible way I could be of value.

I'm not going to fall into popular sentiment here... but I won't do cash for keys - that's a woosie exit strategy and I'll say that to anyone that promotes it.
