@Mae PattonDid you even physically go and look the properties over before you agreed to pay out and buy into them ?

My question is: I obviously can't go driving for dollars, put up bandit signs or join a REIA networking group just yet without being there physically but what are some things I can do now while I am waiting to get out there to start marketing and generating leads?

I regularly engage my previous CPA and need someone I can actually bring documents to physically when I have questions.  

I do not want to pay for nor do I need a physical workspace.My question is, what should I use for a physical address for my registering my brokerage?

It was suggested that I take my RothIRA and put it in a custodial account and use it to purchase homes to flip? 

So I am not able to be physically presents most of the time.

I'm guessing title reports, physical condition, value.

There is a huge difference between information gathering and physically taking action in the field per-say.

Is that okay to do that if im not physically live there ?
