Putting the worlds economy on pause while we all sat inside for months is turning out to have some serious repercussions, despite the incessant claims of 'transitory' inflation.

We recently took a ‘pause’ as they paid off debt to get a higher preaproval.

I will pause and type up a nice personal letter, sign it, hand write address and mail it out. 

Right now, your mind is racing at 100mph and in all directions, so I suggest putting a pause on things while you figure out the most important aspect: what your goals are. 

We checked with the HOA Management when we purchased and were assured that the portion that gave me pause, was not referring to AirBNBs but bed and breakfasts. 

The cold winters also make me pause.  

WA is not a landlord friendly state so that's also giving me some pause about buying here.

I have also prioritized getting the business selected as a preferred HUB vendor by public agencies like City of Austin, UT, Austin ISD etc. so that we win more bond program construction projects, since those have committed capital from federal and state dollars and not as likely to be paused if the economy slows down. 

Foundation work and roof done in last 5 years by current owner, who is not allowing inspection would give me pause.
