Some obvious gotchyas - you have to live in your unit for 3 years, people have to be willing to pay 1700/month to live in WO (very plausible if it's a 2 or 3br), and it's only on paper.

If it does get the property under contract/ assignment paper work. to get your hands on such paper work contact local (real estate attorney) he can actually help you with all this if he's good, he should have connections.
