It may only make a modest profit but it requires very little of my time, is a great place for my daughter to learn and grow, and provides a great benefit for our community. 

We go to WalMart to replenish consumable supplies.

My non-expert opinion,  or perhaps just rationalizing to myself:These are primarily the "luxury"   amazon dormitories being built in downtown and south lake union areas that are having vacancy issues,   and thats in large part just because of how many are coming online, and how many thousands more are still in the pipeline,    coupled with modest slowdowns in tech hiring.

Does it consumer your life and do you have any issues with the cheaper housing areas and tenants?

I'm talking something very modest (and in need of some TLC) that I could live in myself while potentially renting out the other half.

I wish we operated under Napoleonanic Law as we are helping the consumer with affordable housing options that they would not be able to purchase if they went the traditional route (or if they did their interest rates would be very high).
