I put out fake flowers and air fresheners, and it does seem to appeal that way.

@Yi ZhaoI would’ve knocked on the door and given them a vaporizer for their ganja so at least they can make the smoke odorless lol and after they praise what a wonderful landlord you are (with red eyes) tell them they can either Vape their weed in their apt. with that or walk outside if they need to smoke “flower” but they can’t do what they are currently doing.

I've acquired some turds because I wasn't patient and I have some great cash flowers because I was.

But I little flower, bates, near west side (lots of development happening here), near east side, Franklin, Washington township mostly and could go on and on.

My rental properties are all on the near east side: Little Flower, Irvington, and Rivoli Park. 

I have this rental property that has numerous gopher holes and tenants have been unable to plant any flowers or trees into the ground because of the gopher problem.

We ourselves bring in simple items like hand towels, soap dispensers, fake flower vase, stools (when there is a breakfast bar), etc. even minor items can help make the property feel more "homey".
