The tenants I kept take great care of the place, are proactive in taking care of the house & have no issues paying the rent.

I have absolutely zero interest in taking 40 calls a day.

However, I would like some of my time back and want to hire a high quality property manager to handle tenant inquiries, rent collection, repair management, general maintenance, etc.Does anyone have a recommendation for a property manager that does a great job and that might be interested in taking on my properties?

@George ChungRun away from Great Jones too....horrible company.. their business model is to sign up as many investors as possible and then sell to a larger company so they have no interest in taking care of your property, they only want to sell their entire company and make money...

@Matthew Irish-Jones I think there is more risk in taking on a big rehab and taking on a highly leveraged HML than there is with the strategy itself.

If you can keep inflammation down in the body (keep hydrated, use anti-inflammation spices like turmeric, limit sugar intake, don't eat late at night so you can intermittent fast) you'll be healthier, will manage stress better and when your body doesn't feel sluggish I believe sadness and depression have less of a chance of showing up.
