Raleigh,NC-Attorney Recommendation -Create LLC and Transfer Title

I am looking for a recommendation for a good real estate attorney who can help me to do the following.  Please let me know what recommendations you have if you don't mind.  Thanks in advance.

1. Basic startup legal counseling to assist you in taking the steps required to start your business consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances;

2. Drafting Articles of Organization;

3. Filing your documents with the appropriate Secretary of State;

4. Obtaining a Federal Tax ID (EIN);

5. Drafting of Operating Agreement; and

6. Providing you with final copies of all documents prepared for your records

7. Transfer Title on existing rental properties (5)
