I haven't immersed them enough yet but my oldest (5) is always talking about the rental houses.

REal Estate book.... never read one that I could get past the second chapter business book  Think and Grow Rich my dad had me read that in the middle 70's and it stuckFor real estate success I think a huge part for me was being a Real Estate agent and broker being immersed in it so that I had business experience every single day.. plus it was pre internet by a long shot..

I know I have a lot to learn, but I know that if I'm fully immersed in real estate, I give myself the best possibility of success!

Like it was mentioned above during day 2 it was pitched very hard to join the Mastery program for $50K for full immersion. 

It's a recent interest of mine and I've been immersing myself in the topic for the last couple of months.

We are doing another 3 day boot camp with Dave Lindahl's group called immersion training and another 3 day boot camp on raising private money.

I've done some deals and have some experience underneath my belt, recently I was approached by some potential investors and want to immerse myself in the overall strategies and how it works. 

Immerse yourself, soak up knowledge and get paid.

I would start immersing yourself in the market and start looking for where you want to invest.
