Painting darker could cause too much heat to be absorbed resulting in buckling of the aluminum.

For example I don't think it includes the total SQF of the house--just the heated portion.

I sure hope its not the case, but I cant think of any reason they wont give you a chance.Hopefully this will turn around as your season heats up this spring / summer and you are all licensed and ready to go!

Zach,I can't blame you I would not trust them either. a lot of people in my area fill the tank, include it in the price and advertise free heat.

What Im more concerned about and what Im working on today is getting somebody in there to look at the heating system, electrical, plumbing, and roof.

It is set up so the landlord pays heat and water, tennant pays electric.
