For commercial properties, former dry cleaners can be very problematic. has property always been connected to public sewer or did it use septic system that can discharge pollutants into groundwater. 

All - I have a good carpet cleaner with F&F Carpet, but need to find a good house cleaner (mine recently retired).

I have an aunt who self-manages a house there on VRBO and does really well, I know she has a really great cleaner there but not sure about the rest of the team she has.

You can try turnover bnb, ask your realtor or find a local facebook group and ask who knows a good cleaner.
