I could not be happier.

Now I can't draw a straight line to how these policies protect my rights to the pursuit of happiness, but I have a pretty big hunch that I can be much happier in a highly educated economic powerhouse than, say, Honduras where they turn you around at the door if you are sick but don't have any money.You can reply with simply "unrelated" or "apples and oranges" but that will not be true.

That emotional connection can drive buyers to pay more happily for a home they fall in love with.Perceived ValuePerceived value is a fancy way of saying how much something seems worth to you.When it comes to real estate, it's all about how much a house or property feels like it's worth.Imagine you're looking at two houses that are similar in size and features, but one of them has a beautiful garden and is in a great neighborhood.Even though both houses might cost the same to build, you might feel like the one with the garden is worth more to you because it makes you happy and you see it as more valuable.This feeling of value can vary from person to person.Some folks might be willing to pay extra for things that are important to them, like a big backyard for their pets or a fantastic view.Others might not care about those things as much and would be happier paying less for a simpler home.

You will be happier to know now, than when the revenue agents come knocking on your door.

I'd love to pay them off but I need some of that REI money to do it :) I'm not about to look for another 8-5 knowing I was much happier being self-employed and can do it again soon!

There are people who have 1 house and could no be happier with a solid long term investment in an area they like to stay in once in a while.

And, at the end of the day, wouldn't you be happier buying a property in Mexico and enjoying it over the years rather than sit and wait and never see your fears materialize and having regrets that you didn't take action afterwards?

Nothing would make me happier then to see prices in big cities go down, after striping so much from the rest of the country.
