Just like these folks post on BP  hey I don't know anything about NPN I would like to partner with someone.. they are relying on that someone to run the show.. let me tell you I had a 4 hour grilling over this with a state financial investigator who was one sharp attorney.. and with my attorney we argued back and forth up and down.. but it does not matter.. the remedy is to take it to law court for 100k and see who is right the regulator or my attorney..

But with this type of saturation in high-end units, which I hear is happening in other metropolitan cities, a cool-down is all but inevitable.

Indigo does require a low cost monthly subscription but it is a cool idea. 

Most of these repairs are inconveniences - noises from pipes in the walls, the AC being low on freon and not cooling very well, broken cabinets, etc.

Sounds like a cool idea and great set up for the In between place .

The tenant is a very cool old lady and I would proably not have to deal with vacancy for many years to come.

I assume they aren't cool with that, because if they were you wouldn't be seeking alternatives.

For example, I grew up in Indy and for about 10 years, during the 1990's and into early 2000's, FS was going to be the next cool place.
