Hi Travis,     I pay on multiple notes on a monthly basis, and I have the websites saved on my internet browser.  

They may take the listing to have a sign in the yard and some exposure, but every newspaper ad/minute spent is a gamble for them.

Companies put lots of money into researching where to build, then the info often finds its way to the internet for free.
