I have a job in sales, but I'm looking for the famous financial freedom and so I want to move over to real estate investing.

One (their initials are G.E.) is famous for doing seminars to "teach you how to sell your business". 

To put this in context: Twin Cities MN has 16 Fortune 500 companies, 24 Fortune 1000 companies. 382,463 college/University students at campus sites such as world famous U of M (world famous in bio-medical and a host of other things) Hamlin University, St Thomas, Carlton etc etc etc. 

If I were a famous controversial figure I'm sure I could say that Wells banned me because I'm from Florida or because my hair is brown or whatever reason I dreamed up and a million chumps would plaster cries of boycott across the internet.There are a lot of reasons to be wary about relying on airbnb (or any company) for too much of your business.
