Here is the endless cycle I have myself in - How do I find a deal?

The wealth of knowledge available is endless.

This is where the court system is letting me down with endless trivial paper corrections one after another.  

Like you, I spent a lot of time reading the blog and listening to the podcasts before I signed up but I think you'll find that there is endless, priceless information on the forums.  

I would love to move back to Washington D.C. while the entrance costs are high the potentials are endless :)We are buy and hold investors who invest in class A properties self-managing from a distance while working full time.

I have to admit I had no idea of the endless possibilities in REI and I am really excited about this new adventure.

There are endless possibilities of different down payment, ARV limits, interest rates, points, loan to value ratios etc, etc... 

We have neighborhoods in all kind of price ranges, and the possibilities of making a profit in RE is endless.  

The list is endless.  

I am endlessly hopeful and optimistic.
