It seems as though all experienced investors possess traits that enable them to be successful.  

I've been a contracted musician here in Orlando at one of the theme parks for 2 years. 

This will enable you to quickly analyze deals and work more efficiently while looking.

By using this method, as investors we are enabling a problem that could become much worse if this practice is widely used.

Also enable grammar check (or use an online one), and for important communication have someone double check your text ("witch made it hard to really" should be "which made it hard to really").Most folks on BP, however blunt, give pretty decent advice.  

Also does getting a permit enable me to get the bulking mailing rates too?

This enables me to keep good tenants with a proven track record, avoid a vacancy, etc.
