Not bad if it's 6 units... but pretty significant if it's a duplex.

It was an older home from the 1950s we had to replace elctric plumbing and all dry wall etc. this house was a complete gut but we didnt buy it knowing that.

The dog jumped up on the toilet, bit into the blinds on the window behind the toilet, and jumped on the metal TP holder breaking it off the wall. 

We currently are under contract to buy a .3 acre lot in downtown that is in a frequent transit area, which means we are allowed to build two accessory dwelling units on the lot. we are also zoned for a duplex, so that’s the plan!

Both. as of right now i'm looking for my 1st property, and trying to figure out if i should purchase a single family home, or duplex.

Then we would like to knock down the church and build a duplex on this parcel.
