@Malcolm Brown it is great that you are thinking of the money to fund the deals you are going to get started with but understanding what a deal is, I think, should be the starting point.

@Andi Quinn, I don't know what your local laws require but perhaps to drive a point home, calculate the 2 week abatement and then subtract the cost of what you spent to accommodate them during that time period.

Does anyone know of an insurance provider that wouldn't require any other kind of Policy?
