Better to negotiate honestly.If you feel the present lease is crap then deal with it before you buy.

I went to city hall and got building permit for this, it took her 8 years to get all of the prop lines redrawn, soil samples, private road widened, enviro crap, geotech, etc etc etc.

My first instinct was to find this guy and kick the crap out of him, but then my second instinct tells me this fool is finding me renters.

Those that I ask for a dp NEVER end up pulling that crap.
